Where is Get Golden?

Get Golden is being held Crane Valley camp site, near Bass Lake, Sierra National Forest, California. This is about an hour's drive from Yosemite National Park. We will be car pooling from San Jose, in the Bay Area so this is where you need to get to (see below for directions/maps)

CA Map

This map shows the location of Bass Lake and the Sierra National Forest in California. This is the drive we'll be doing on Friday (maybe some on Saturday) from San Jose in the Bay Area to the Sierra National Forest. It should take about 3 and a half hours. Flying Here

Fly in to any one of our fine airports here in the Bay Area - San Francisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK) or San Jose (SJC) and we'll pick you up at the airport. If you want to come earlier, you can either stay in our hotel in Newark or we can find you a accomodation in your favourite location.

Driving to Crane Valley Campsite From Fresno

Take Hwy 41 north from Fresno; continue through Oakhurst to Road 222. Turn right on Road 222, travel east 3 miles and turn right (Road 222), continue for 3/10 of a mile and bear right again. Travel 4/10 of a mile around the south side of the Lake to the Crane Valley Group Campsite.
